Return Process

Log in to your professional account and navigate to the order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to return.
- 2.Securely Package Items
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
- 3.Ship to Distribution Center
Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our main distribution center, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method for your protection.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
